Team Charron Vineyards

 Colton Noble and Sarah Wolff are the owners of Charron Vineyards.  Local Vail, AZ residents, the pair have been coming to Charron Vineyards as customers since 2013 and consider Charron as their "Neighborhood Winery".   Colton and Sarah share responsibilities of farming  Charron's five acres of grapes, making great wine, and  ensuring that everyone that comes to the Vineyard feels at home and part of the family.  

While Charron's grapes and fine wines are a passion, the pair's true pride and joy is their daughter Eleanor.  You might spot Eleanor looking for leftover grapes on the vines, helping Mom and Dad around the farm, or playing with the vineyard cat, Ballerina. 

When they aren't farming or making wine, you will likely find the Noble-Wolff pack camping in their teardrop trailer, birding, or fishing.  Drop Sarah or Colton a line at the link below, or better yet, swing by the winery and introduce yourself.  Looking forward to meeting you!

Michelle is one of our talented servers in the tasting room.  When she is not wrangling stray kittens as a foster kitty mom, you may find her at the tasting room or being a dedicated mom to her two wonderful daughters.

Pam is an energetic and vibrant member of the Charron team with lots of experience owning her own restaurant, managing a dog rescue, and renovating a house! There is nothing Pam can't do. She has lived all over the world and is sure to regale you with fun stories. 

Kathy worked at Charron Vineyards several years ago but took a few years off to care for her awesome grandbaby. One day, she and her daughter were at the vineyard, enjoying some wine, and she realized... I want to come back! After much consideration, Kathy re-joined the team in March of 2024. Kathy is full of energy, always looking for her next task, and an amazing addition to the team. Welcome back, Kathy! 

Collette moved from Destin, FL to Tucson in 2025, and after working at a small, family-owned brewery in Florida, she was hoping to find a similar environment in her new town. Charron Vineyards fit the bill!  We are so excited to have her as part of the team. Collette is a proud Air Force mom, and although she calls Colorado her "forever home", she is excited to see what Tucson has to offer! Collette loves to travel and is always seeking new adventures.  Give Collette a warm welcome when you stop by the vineyard. 

Born & raised in the midwest, Kristi came to the desert with her husband and kids to seek some changes in life. A dedicated mom to four (almost-grown) kids, Kristi joined the Charron family so she could be part of the amazing staff, meet new people, and become a "real adult" that knows all about good wine! Kristi is still a fan of a good wine slushy, though. 😀
