Colton Noble and Sarah Wolff are the owners of Charron Vineyards. Local Vail, AZ residents, the pair have been coming to Charron Vineyards as customers since 2013 and consider Charron as their "Neighborhood Winery". Colton and Sarah share responsibilities of farming Charron's five acres of grapes, making great wine, and ensuring that everyone that comes to the Vineyard feels at home and part of the family.
While Charron's grapes and fine wines are a passion, the pair's true pride and joy is their daughter Eleanor. You might spot Eleanor looking for leftover grapes on the vines, helping Mom and Dad around the farm, or playing on the Charron Vineyards playset.
When they aren't farming or making wine, you will likely find the Noble-Wolff pack camping in their teardrop trailer, birding, or fishing. Drop Sarah or Colton a line at the link below, or better yet, swing by the winery and introduce yourself. Looking forward to meeting you!
Michelle is one of our talented servers in the tasting room. When she is not wrangling stray kittens as a foster kitty mom, you may find her at the tasting room or being a dedicated mom to her two wonderful daughters.
Next time you're at the vineyard, make sure to say "Hi" to Michelle and see what she has been up to at the vineyard.
Emma Leigh is most commonly seen buzzing around the tasting room on the weekends. If you blink twice, you might miss her! When not helping us at the vineyard, you may find her with a glass of wine at another winery or hanging out with her friends and family. The Charron family is proud to have Emma Leigh on the team!
Whether it's in the tasting room, the vineyard, or cellar, you can find Nicole working hard at Charron. Known for putting a smile on the face of anyone who meets her, Nicole keeps it real with her fun loving spirit and charm. When not at the vineyard, you may find Nicole working as a dedicated mom to her two wonderful daughters, or perhaps having a glass of wine at another one of Southern AZ's fantastic wineries.
Lori recently moved to the area from the West Coast and jumped into the Charron Vineyards family! After spending years as a physical therapist teacher, she is enjoying the retired life of working the Charron Vineyards tasting room. While you can find Lori in the tasting room, her husband Rick can be found out in the vineyard.
You can find Pam on the weekends in the tasting room. Pam has traveled and lived throughout the United States, but recently settled just down the road from Charron Vineyards. Pam has a passion for puppies and animals. Make sure to come in and welcome Pam to the neighborhood!
We are happy to have Steph as part of our team! After spending 11 years with the Vail School District, she decided she was ready for a change and joined our team! Steph has jumped in to helping us in the vineyard, the winery, and in the tasting room. You can find her most days of the week in the tasting room. In addition to enjoying wine, Steph also has a love of animals - particularly her pet chickens!
Diana is our most recent hire at Charron Vineyards. We are happy to have her as part of our team! After years of working at a desk job, she enjoys working the tasting room where there is always a lot of activity and action. Next time you see her on the weekend, make sure to say "Hi" to Diana and welcome her to the team!
You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who has lived in the Charron Vineyard neighborhood longer than David. In fact he has called the Emperita foothills home for over 40 years! A jack of all trades, David finds himself providing care for our beloved plants and grapes, bottling wine, helping in the tasting room, and whatever else needs to be accomplished to keep the farm running smooth. A military history enthusiast, David is often found working on his elaborate models and dioramas when not spending time with the team at the Vineyard.
Make sure to say "Hi!" next time you see David, and see what he has been up to at the farm!
If you've ever been on a farm, you know that there is always broken stuff that needs repair. Fortunately for Charron Vineyards, retired master elevator mechanic and local neighbor Fred is on the job making sure that our presses, tractors, buildings and machinery all stay in tip top shape. When Fred isn't in pursuit of broken stuff to fix, you'll find Fred riding the trails on a Honda pioneer with his family, or scouting for deer in the mountains.
Next time you're at the vineyard, make sure to say "Hi" to Fred and check out what kind of project he is working on.
Haven is a Tucson native and a student at the University of Arizona. He is one of a few carefully selected hands you might see tending to the grapes, roses and vegetables at the vineyard. Charron is proud to have Haven on our staff.
Next time you're at the vineyard, make sure to say "Hi" to Haven and check out what kind of project he is working on.
