Colton Noble and Sarah Wolff are the owners of Charron Vineyards. Local Vail, AZ residents, the pair have been coming to Charron Vineyards as customers since 2013 and consider Charron as their "Neighborhood Winery". Colton and Sarah share responsibilities of farming Charron's five acres of grapes, making great wine, and ensuring that everyone that comes to the Vineyard feels at home and part of the family.
While Charron's grapes and fine wines are a passion, the pair's true pride and joy is their daughter Eleanor. You might spot Eleanor looking for leftover grapes on the vines, helping Mom and Dad around the farm, or playing on the Charron Vineyards playset.
When they aren't farming or making wine, you will likely find the Noble-Wolff pack camping in their teardrop trailer, birding, or fishing. Drop Sarah or Colton a line at the link below, or better yet, swing by the winery and introduce yourself. Looking forward to meeting you!
Susan Craig is owner Emeritus of Charron Vineyards. Over the past 12 years, Susan has developed and evolved Charron Vineyards into the success that it is today. You will often see Susan out and about the farm offering mentorship and guidance to the team, or taking beloved Shaggy dog out for a walk amongst the vines and rose bushes.
A foody at heart, Susan is always looking for great food to pair with a lovely Chardonnay.
The tallest member of the staff, Danielle is often called upon to help her more vertically challenged team mates reach for those hard to reach bottles and glasses. Danielle also happens to be the Social Media and Events Coordinator for the farm. If you found us on facebook, or loved those cool sunset photos on Instagram, you've seen Danielle's handiwork. When not working "The Gram", she is also very involved with the tasting room, developing our wine club, bottling and making wine, and making sure that you are having a good time when you come by.
When not helping at the farm, you may see Danielle playing a game of water polo or hanging out with her beloved St. Bernards. Drop Danielle a line below at the link, or swing by the farm some time to say hi!
If you've been to our tasting room, you've probably met Erin! Positive, upbeat and just awesome to be around, she's been ensuring that our visitors are well taken care of and have either one of their favorite wines in hand, or one of our delicious wine slushies on a hot summer day. When not serving wine, you might find her spending time with her precious puppy, "Olive" or organizing some arts and crafts with friends.
Make sure to stop by and say "Hi" to Erin, one of the valued members of the Charron team next time you swing by the winery!
A fifth generation Tucsonan, Michelle's passions include wine tasting, working outside in her garden, and spending time with family. You'll find Michelle working the tasting room as a server, helping with harvest, and making and bottling wine with the rest of the team. The Charron Vineyards team is proud to have Michelle in it's ranks.
Next time you stop in, make sure to say "Hi" and see what Michelle has been up to down at the Charron Vineyards Farm.
You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who has lived in the Charron Vineyard neighborhood longer than David. In fact he has called the Emperita foothills home for over 40 years! A jack of all trades, David finds himself providing care for our beloved plants and grapes, bottling wine, helping in the tasting room, and whatever else needs to be accomplished to keep the farm running smooth. A military history enthusiast, David is often found working on his elaborate models and dioramas when not spending time with the team at the Vineyard.
Make sure to say "Hi!" next time you see David, and see what he has been up to at the farm!
If you've ever been on a farm, you know that there is always broken stuff that needs repair. Fortunately for Charron Vineyards, retired master elevator mechanic and local neighbor Fred is on the job making sure that our presses, tractors, buildings and machinery all stay in tip top shape. When Fred isn't in pursuit of broken stuff to fix, you'll find Fred riding the trails on a Honda pioneer with his family, or scouting for deer in the mountains.
Next time you're at the vineyard, make sure to say "Hi" to Fred and check out what kind of project he is working on.
