The Charron Vineyards Wine Club

What is the "catch"? 

- Our Wine Club is FREE to join. To maintain your membership, you simply commit to purchasing wine twice a year (April and November). If you choose the Pequeno Club, you are committing to 6 bottles in spring and fall (12 total). If you choose the Grande Club, the commitment is 12 bottles (24 total for the year). 

Do I get to pick my wines? 

· YES! You will be able to customize your wines before you pick them up. This can be done online or via email (info@charronvineyards.com). Like only reds? Prefer a case of sweet wines? Want six of the same bottle? We can do that! There will be a pick up party in November (Fall Pick Up Party) and one in late March / early April (Spring Pick Up Party) with fun events and free perks for wine club members!

Can I give a Wine Club Membership as a gift?

· Yes! You can give a Wine Club membership as a gift! The person receiving the gift membership MUST be over the age of 21. 

I live out of state. Can I join the Wine Club? 

· Absolutely! We will mail your Wine Club package to you! There are some states we cannot ship to – please check in with us as these laws are always changing. Shipping rates apply. 

How do I get my discounts? 

- Let your server know that you are a Wine Club Member! Remind them when you check out, to ensure you are receiving your discounts. Reminder: Discounts are for food, wine and events only. Not valid on merch or slushy packets. 

How do I get my free tastings or glasses of wine each month? 

-Every month, Pequeno members get ONE free tasting (or glass of wine). Grande members get TWO free tastings (or glasses of wine). To redeem, simply let your server know you are a Wine Club Member and your name will be marked off on our sheet. 

What is "Member Monday"? 

- If you come in on a Monday, glasses of wine (and slushy or mulled wine) are only $6.00 each! This is better than your normal Wine Club discount. Valid up to three (3) glasses of wine. 

When I am in the Tasting Room and buy a few bottles, does that count towards my six (or 12) bottles for the fall or spring pickups? 

- Sorry, they do not! You will receive your wine club discount on bottles, glasses, slushies and food ANY time you visit Charron, but those purchases do not count towards the wine bundle you receive during our pick-up parties. 

Can I cancel my membership? 

· You must sign up for a full year membership. After a year from when you signed up, you can cancel your membership. This allows you to enjoy your membership benefits for a full year. If you wish to cancel, simply email us at info@charronvineyards.com.

Choose a club, and enter your information in the "JOIN HERE" section below. Keep an eye out for an email announcing the wines selected for the upcoming releases. You will be notified when your card is charged in this email.

You can also print out the form at the bottom of this page and bring it into the Tasting Room next time you visit (you will receive your discounts right away!). We also have these sheets available in the Tasting Room if you would like to fill it out in person.
